Reiki first degree workshops take place over a day and a half, during
which time the student receives a permenant attunement to the Reiki energy. You will learn about the history of Reiki, how
Reiki can be used and ways you can channel it to treat yourself, your family or pets, to improve the environment, almost anything!
Reiki Two
Also over a day and a half, Reiki second degree is for people who have taken Reiki
1 and are ready to take the next step. The course explores other ways of working with Reiki, sacred symbols and how to send
Reiki over distances when you cannot actually be with the person who needs it.

Please note that there should be at least 90 days between completion of Reiki 1 and
2.
Crystal Workshop
A fun day looking at crystals and their uses in healing. There are lots of 'hands on' activities and an
opportunity to learn some basic layouts for crystal healing. You do not need to have any experince with crystals or have done
Reiki training to attend this workshop.
Homeopathy First Aid (Two hours)
We look at the 'fab five'. 5 Remedies you should have in your cupboard which will treat
a number of first aid symptoms.
Deeksha Workshops
I run regular evening workshops where we use meditation and release
techniques followed by Deeksha to promote a deep healing response. These take place in two locations but others can be organised
if you would like one in your area.
